Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wildcards ApS (doing business as NoFunnyBusiness.ai, "NoFunnyBusiness," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Services").
Our Services are designed for U.S. businesses. We do not market or offer the Services to individuals in the EU/UK/EEA.
1) What we do (quick context)
We provide:
- a free initial scan with high-level scores (Google Business Profile, Website, and Consistency), and
- paid audits delivered by email (typically within 72 hours), plus optional help implementing improvements (only when we can support your website platform).
2) Information we collect
A. Information you provide
When you request a scan or audit, you may provide:
- business name
- email address
- phone number
- website URL
- city/state or service area
- Google Business Profile link (or other listing link)
We do not accept file uploads through our forms.
B. Information we collect automatically
When you visit our site, we (and our providers) may automatically collect:
- IP address
- device and browser information
- pages viewed and actions taken
- approximate location (derived from IP)
- timestamps and referring URLs
C. Public business information
To generate a scan/audit, we may review publicly available information such as:
- your website content
- your Google Business Profile (and other public listings)
- public reviews and business details visible online
D. "Google listing finder"
If we help you locate a listing using tools like the Google Places API, we don't store your "finder" searches themselves—we only retain what you submit on the form (for example, the final listing link you choose).
3) Cookies, pixels, and analytics
We use cookies/pixels and similar technologies for security, analytics, and measuring marketing performance. This may include:
- Cloudflare (hosting/security)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- PostHog
We may add additional advertising platforms in the future (for example, Meta, Bing, or LinkedIn). If we do, we'll use them for measurement and advertising performance.
4) How we use information
We use information to:
- provide the free scan and paid audit reports
- communicate with you about your request (transactional emails only—no newsletters unless you opt in later)
- operate, secure, and improve the Services
- measure site and advertising performance
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
5) How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, analytics, email, and payments).
- Payment processing: payments are handled by Stripe (we don't store full payment card numbers).
- AI service providers (important): We may use third-party AI and automation tools to help generate or draft parts of our scans and audit reports. This may involve sending public business information (like your website content and public listing details) and/or the information you submit (like your website URL and listing link) to those providers for processing. We use this to produce faster, clearer reports, and we aim to keep what we send limited to what's needed for the audit.
- Legal/safety: if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or to investigate misuse.
We do not sell personal information for money.
However, some privacy laws treat certain cookie/pixel-based disclosures as "sharing" for targeted advertising. See Section 8 for opt-out choices.
6) Data retention
We keep personal information until you request deletion, unless we need to keep certain records longer for legitimate business purposes (for example, tax/accounting, dispute resolution, security logs, or legal compliance).
7) Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8) Your privacy choices (U.S.)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- request deletion of personal information (with some exceptions)
- request access to what we have about you
- correct inaccurate information
- opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising in some states
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Even though we do not sell personal information for money, you may opt out of certain "sharing" that happens through advertising/analytics technologies (depending on state law).
You can opt out in two ways:
- Email us at owner@nofunnybusiness.ai with your request (include the email you used and your business name).
- Enable a recognized opt-out signal in your browser, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). If we detect a valid signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of applicable sharing/targeted advertising for that browser/device.
You can also limit cookies through browser controls. Note that disabling cookies may impact parts of the site.
How to make a deletion request
Email owner@nofunnybusiness.ai with:
- your name and business name
- the email you used with us
- what you want deleted
We may need to verify your request.
9) Children
Our Services are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10) International visitors / Canada
Our Services are intended for U.S. customers. If you're in Canada and use the Services, you understand your information may be processed in the United States (and potentially other countries where our providers operate). You can contact us with questions or deletion requests.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
